Watch Tanner unleash his 600hp NASCAR V8 powered Scion drift car on this famed road. There were no rehearsals and most of the film is of Tanner¹s first run on a clean stretch of road. @d4zcr4n bottom line there both TYPES of drifting. When u have a 550 hp car wether it's AWD or RWD its not difficult at all to get the car sliding around. RWd u use the power of the car. and AWD u tap the handbrake to get it sliding then its just power.

@Blazntrez How do you not know? But anyways, with RWD drifting there's alot more technique. You have harder difficulties balancing the car. There's always more understeer with AWD too. With AWD you don't need to countersteer nearly as much and you generally need to use the handbrake alot more because the car struggles to keep it's angle going - depending how skilled a driver you are. They are just so different i can't really explain it. :L You'd need to properly try it to be able to understand.
